Mohammed Qureshi
– Head Chef –

Chef Qureshi hails from the family of third generation master chef’s in India. He brings 32 years of culinary expertise with international hotel chains such as Sheraton, Le Meridien, Oberoi Group of Hotels, Jamavar , Choki Dhani and Chatora Michelin guide restaurant.

Chef Qureshi has received Bharat Gaurav Award in 2022 which is a Life Time achievement award for representing Indian cuisine across the Globe and for his contribution to the Hospitality industry with his unique approach to presenting and preparing regional dishes from all over India.
